Famous pop singer Hande Yener is devastated by the painful news she received. The 51-year-old singer's mother, Yıldız Özyener, who had been struggling with health issues for a long time, has passed away.

The famous star announced her mother's death on her social media page, stating, "I lost my world this morning. I laid my dear mother to rest... We tried so hard for her to recover, but unfortunately, it didn't happen this time. I would like to thank everyone who called, asked after us, and offered their condolences."

Yener’s mother had been hospitalized in 2015 after suffering a brain hemorrhage.

At the time, the famous singer had said regarding her mother's health condition, "My mother is a heart patient. Because of this, she doesn't take some of her medications. She has a blood-thinning medication, and when she doesn't use it, her blood doesn't thin properly, which led to this result. She will be transferred to another hospital. She hasn't fully recovered; it is a condition that carries the risk of paralysis, so certain precautions must be taken now."
