Stating that the Musa Orhan and İpek Er sexual assault case was a major event, Abdullah said, "I read about the incident. It was horrific. I made the post mentioned in the indictment. My intention was definitely not to insult Musa Orhan. It was a reaction to the news reports."

Continuing her defense, the famous actress emphasized that she had no intent to insult, stating, "I request my acquittal. I have a request to be exempted from attending the hearings."
