New letter from Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu: 'It is very hard to be imprisoned for something you didn't do'

Dilan Polat and her sister Sıla Doğu, who have been held in pre-trial detention for some time, have written a letter from prison.

In the letter, which was allegedly written to close friends, Sıla Doğu's grievances and Dilan Polat's statements regarding her children drew attention.

Sıla Doğu had previously confessed to 'using cocaine' during a live broadcast on her social media account, and an investigation was subsequently launched regarding those images.

Doğu was taken into custody by police teams for processing and was later released.

Social media influencer Dilan Polat, her husband Engin Polat, her sister Sıla Doğu, and her brother Can Doğu, among others, were arrested as part of an investigation conducted on charges of "laundering assets derived from crime" and "violating the Tax Procedure Law."
