Singer and actor Özcan Deniz has dropped the wrongful occupation compensation lawsuit he filed against his ex-wife, Feyza Aktan.

Özcan Deniz has dropped the ecrimisil (wrongful occupation compensation) lawsuit he filed against his ex-wife Feyza Aktan, whom he divorced by mutual agreement, regarding the villa in Zekeriyaköy.
Upon Deniz's request, the court dismissed the case.
Deniz had requested that 5 thousand liras be paid to him for the time being as compensation for the dues and utility bills he had paid to date, corresponding to the value of the house where Aktan, the mother of his child, resides.
Özcan Deniz married Feyza Aktan in 2016. The couple had a son named Kuzey from this marriage. The pair divorced in 2019 in a highly publicized manner.
