The reason for the cancellation of the filming permit for the series 'Kızıl Goncalar' has been revealed

The statement said, 'There are scenes that contain opposition to social peace.'

The filming permits for the series Kızıl Goncalar, which brings together Özgü Namal and Özcan Deniz, have been canceled at the locations where they were filming consecutively.

The series, which depicts secular-conservative lives, has sparked debate in the public eye.

The series' producer, Faruk Turgut, posted a tweet this morning stating, "I submit the reason for the Darülaceze institution's cancellation of the filming permit to the public's discretion. I would like to point out that we were paying 200,000 liras per month to film at this location..."

The following lines were included in the justification for the filming permit cancellation from Darülaceze, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services:

At this point, it has been decided by unanimous vote to cancel the Permanent Committee decision dated 2023 and numbered 18 regarding the filming of the 'Kızıl Goncalar' series, due to the fact that the first episode of the series consists of scenes that polarize the public, denigrate spiritual values, and contain opposition to social peace, and because of an attitude contrary to the existential philosophy of our institution, which has made no distinction of language, religion, race, gender, or sect for 128 years...”
