A special surprise has been prepared for Türkan Şoray, who was unable to attend the premiere of the film 'A Love Tale-Ferhat and Shirin' 46 years ago. A gala will be held for the film in Moscow, and the artist will also attend the event.

The Turkish-Russian co-production 'A Love Tale-Ferhat and Shirin', which was scripted based on Nâzım Hikmet's three-act play "Ferhat and Shirin" and starred Türkan Şoray, Alla Sigalova, and Faruk Peker, had its premiere in Moscow in 1978, but Şoray was unable to attend the event due to her busy schedule.
A special surprise has been prepared for the artist.
The film 'A Love Tale-Ferhat and Shirin', starring Türkan Şoray and Alla Sigalova, will be presented to the audience in Russian with Turkish subtitles.
TO BE SCREENED AT THE COMMEMORATION PROGRAM
The film will meet the audience once again during the commemoration program organized every year by the Moscow Nâzım Hikmet Foundation on the anniversary of Nâzım Hikmet’s birth.
Türkan Şoray will also attend the gala, which will be held at the Dom Kino Cinema in Moscow on February 3.
Şoray, who brought the role of ‘Mehmene Banu’ to life, will also reunite years later with Alla Sigalova, who played the character of ‘Shirin’ in the film.
