In an incident that occurred at a residence in the TOKİ Körfez Kent 4th Stage in the Yavuz Selim neighborhood of Kocaeli's Körfez district, 52-year-old Mehmet Kanlı was found by his relatives hanging from a natural gas pipe in his home.
Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The health teams that arrived at the scene in a short time took Kanlı to the hospital. Despite all interventions, Kanlı could not be resuscitated. Mehmet Kanlı's body was taken to the morgue to determine the exact cause of death.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
