Another tender for pro-government Cengiz... Exceeded 1.1 billion TL

Cengiz Holding, which has made a name for itself with public tenders, has won yet another public contract. 

Cengiz Elektrik, a subsidiary of the holding, has secured the electricity supply tender for Erzurum Airport. The company's bid for the "2025 Electricity Energy" tender, held by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ) Erzurum Airport Chief Directorate on September 12, 2024, was announced as 15 million 717 thousand 999 TL.

TENDER RESULT ANNOUNCED 

Within the scope of the tender, a budget of 16 million 254 thousand 124 TL was projected for the electricity energy needs of Erzurum Airport throughout 2025. 

Cengiz Elektrik, which was among the firms that submitted bids for the tender, won with a bid of 15.7 million TL. According to the decision made by the tender commission on October 9, Cengiz Elektrik will provide electricity to the airport between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

THEY HAVE RECEIVED TENDERS FROM MANY MINISTRIES 

According to a report by BirGün, Cengiz Elektrik has drawn attention with the electricity energy tenders it has received from the public sector between 2012 and 2024. 

The total value of tenders it has received during this period has reached 1 billion 179 million 162 thousand TL. Some of the public institutions to which the company provides electricity and the tender values are as follows:

Ministry of Health: 250 million 40 thousand TL

Ministry of Interior: 190 million 737 thousand TL

Universities: 181 million 831 thousand TL

Municipalities: 168 million 176 thousand TL

Ministry of Youth and Sports: 114 million 218 thousand TL
