CHP Deputy Chairman and Samsun MP Ulaş Karasu made harsh criticisms regarding his party in statements he shared on the social media platform X.

Karasu recalled that they have been fighting for years against slander and lies coming from outside against his party's founding leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and their chairmen, and stated that they are now facing similar accusations from within the party.

'IMMORAL ACCUSATIONS AGAINST OUR CHAIRMAN'

Karasu used the following expressions in his statement:

"For the first time, we are facing ignorant people within the CHP who make immoral and dishonorable accusations against our Chairman. We are saddened to see that some friends whose ambition for office has surpassed their party identity have kept pace with these spineless individuals. The sensible members of the CHP will surely give you the best answer when the time comes!"

Karasu touched upon the disappointment experienced in the May 14 elections and emphasized that the party's goal is not to let such a situation happen again, noting the following:

"We gave our word to the youth, the laborers, and our 85 million citizens. We continue on our path with the responsibility and determination that comes from having founded the state and being the number 1 party in the last election."

MESSAGE OF SUPPORT FROM AĞBABA

CHP Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba also shared Karasu's harsh message by quoting it on his social media account.
