The immunity files belonging to HEDEP Group Deputy Chairman Hakkı Saruhan Oluç, Şanlıurfa MP Ömer Öcalan, Siirt MP Tuncer Bakırhan, and İYİ Party Kocaeli MP Lütfü Türkkan have been submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).

The Presidential Summaries regarding the Lifting of Legislative Immunity for HEDEP Group Deputy Chairman and Antalya MP Hakkı Saruhan Oluç, HEDEP Şanlıurfa MP Ömer Öcalan, HEDEP Siirt MP Tuncer Bakırhan, and İYİ Party Kocaeli MP Lütfü Türkkan have arrived at the Assembly.
The files have been referred by the Speaker of the Assembly to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
