CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu shared a long post on his social media account X/Twitter regarding Turkey's 100th anniversary.

In the post, where he gave the message 'We will not get tired', the following statements were included:

''Today is a day that changed the unfortunate fate of not only Turkey but all the oppressed nations of the world, encouraging not the powerful, but the righteous. Today is the day our nation, which gained its independence under the leadership of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, took over the administration.

Today is the day those who said, “Sovereignty belongs unconditionally to the nation,” declared the Republic. Happy 100th anniversary to our beautiful Republic, the protector of the unprotected!

''FULL INDEPENDENCE''

The breakthroughs made immediately after the construction of the Republic crowned the victories we won on the battlefields with economic victories, and the Republic of Turkey declared its independence in the full sense.

A significant duty falls upon us today, who follow in the footsteps of the Great Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms, who set out for national sovereignty 100 years ago. This duty is, first and foremost, to rebuild the Republic with all its institutions and organizations, and then to crown it with a complete democracy. Because even though the Republic is the most important step on the path to democracy, no regime where democracy is incomplete can ensure national sovereignty on its own.

''THE YOUTH WILL NOT GET TIRED''

Conditions may be difficult and tough. But do not forget that it does not suit those who walk in the path of the Great Atatürk to get tired. Patriots will not get tired, women will not get tired, the youth will not get tired. We will be more determined and more courageous than we are today. We will definitely succeed!

With these feelings and thoughts, I commemorate all our martyrs, especially the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms, with respect and mercy. I celebrate our people's October 29 Republic Day.

Long live the Republic!''
