Özgür Özel makes striking remarks on 'power struggle in CHP'

The "change" debate that began in the Republican People's Party (CHP) following the elections has gained a new dimension with the statements made by CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu at the first parliamentary group meeting after the elections.

Kılıçdaroğlu, who said at the parliamentary group meeting that he would "open the way for change to the fullest," drew attention with his remarks: "It is the captain's duty to bring the ship to a safe harbor. Let everyone know that I will bring the ship to a safe harbor."

While these long-debated issues continue to set the agenda within the CHP, Özgür Özel, who will be a candidate for the CHP chairmanship at the 38th CHP Ordinary Congress, joined a live broadcast on Halk TV and answered the questions directed at him.
