The long-awaited meeting has taken place: Özgür Özel and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu met in Ankara

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel met with the party's 7th Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. This significant meeting, which took place in Ankara, was held ahead of the party's Bylaw Convention.

The meeting was held at the Mogan Guest House, which is affiliated with the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. 

During the meeting, the party's future, the upcoming convention, and the current state of the CHP were discussed. Additionally, the bylaw amendments to be made at the convention were among the main agenda items of the meeting.

MANSUR YAVAŞ ALSO ATTENDED

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş was also present at the meeting, joining this high-level party discussion. 

ÖZGÜR ÖZEL HAD ANNOUNCED THE MEETING

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel provided important information regarding his party's 'Charter Congress' and future government program during his speech at the Ankara Provincial Advisory Board Meeting. Özel had announced that he would visit former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu this evening to exchange views on the party charter.

WE WILL START THE CHANGE CONGRESS IN SIVAS

While announcing the Change Congress to be held between September 4-9, Özgür Özel emphasized the historical significance of September 4 and stated that the congress would begin in Sivas. Özel said, "We have envisioned a Change Congress between September 4-9. September 4 will make a significant reference to history. We will go to Sivas with strong participation and launch the Change Congress in Sivas."

BYLAW WORK HAS REACHED THE FINAL STAGE

Stating that the work on the bylaws has reached its final stages, Özel said, "The Bylaw Commission will hold its final meeting on the 5th. That meeting will give our bylaws their final form to be proposed to the Convention. Draft bylaws are circulating in the air. Could a draft bylaw have been submitted without being discussed by the Party Assembly? Some are rough drafts, some are completely fabricated..."

WE WILL PRESENT CHP'S PROPOSAL TO OUR PEOPLE

Pointing out that the convention on September 7 and 8 will discuss how Turkey should be governed, Özgür Özel said, "First we will collect demands, and then we will present the CHP's proposal to our people. Everyone will learn what will be discussed on which topic, our boundaries, our common consensus, and the skeleton of our future government program."
