China launches satellite into space with SQX-1 rocket

China launched the Di’er-1 satellite into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center using an SQX-1 rocket.

China has sent a satellite into orbit. The Di’er-1 satellite was launched into its planned orbit by the commercial carrier rocket SQX-1 at 15:00 local time from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.

This marks the sixth time China has launched an SQX-1 rocket.
