Following its acquisition by Elon Musk, which brought changes to both its name and many of its features and policies, a new topic has emerged on Twitter/X: Headlines and descriptions in news articles shared on X will no longer appear.

The move to 'remove headlines and descriptions from shared links,' which had been rumored for some time, has now been implemented on X. Headlines in links have begun to be removed.

The transformation of X continues

Another feature that had been planned for X for some time has begun to appear. Unlike the previous version of Twitter, headlines and description sections will no longer be present or will be removed from shared links.

The primary goal here is to make the feed on the platform appear more organized. However, this feature was criticized even during its testing phase and was not well-received. Another reason for this change is Musk's desire to keep users away from 'clickbait' headlines on X.
