Manager Bülent Uygun stated that he could not remain indifferent to the profanity and insults made on social media, saying, "If you are using profanity, you are already showing that character and lack of character. Therefore, there is nothing left to say to you."

Explaining that he has turned to the legal process regarding posts made on social media targeting him and his family that constitute a crime, Uygun said, "We identified these and filed lawsuits against approximately 1,500 people. In each concluded case, compensation was won, with the condition that those who own the site and insulted pay 150 thousand liras, and individuals who used personal profanity pay 30 thousand liras, in addition to 20 thousand liras in attorney fees."

87 CASES CONCLUDED

Uygun explained that he donated the income obtained from the lawsuits to the Child Protection Agency, orphanages, and relevant institutions for the rehabilitation of stray dogs, and noted the following:

"So far, I believe 87 cases have been concluded and won. There is an ongoing process where court cases regarding more than 1,000 individuals are continuing and results are awaited. I also prevented about 200 of our children and some friends who are state officials from receiving penalties out of my love and respect for my state. In the coming period, our lawsuits will continue against those who insult our children, our honor, and our family."

Manager Uygun stated that he has instructed his lawyers to increase the amounts in the new financial compensation lawsuits he will file.

Emphasizing that sports are about love, respect, and brotherhood, Uygun pointed out that no one has the right to insult another person.
