Sivasspor reaches agreement with Bülent Uygun
Sivasspor has reached an agreement with Bülent Uygun for the position of head coach. Bülent Uygun previously managed Sivasspor during the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 seasons, where he led the team in a title race.
Süper Lig side EMS Yapı Sivasspor has announced that it has reached an agreement with head coach Bülent Uygun.
In a statement released by the club, it was recalled that Bülent Uygun previously served successfully as both a player and general manager at Sivasspor, noting: "We have reached a principle agreement with the esteemed coach Bülent Uygun, who was at the helm of our team during the seasons when we made history in the league, competed for the championship, and successfully represented our country in Europe."
The statement further indicated that Bülent Uygun will arrive in Sivas to finalize the remaining details and will sign the official contract binding him to Sivasspor on Tuesday, January 2, at 11:30 AM at the BG Grup 4 Eylül Stadium.
