HOW TO PEEL DRAGON FRUIT?
- Cut the dragon fruit in half. Use a sharp knife to get a clean cut. You will see white flesh that resembles a kiwi, with small black seeds spread throughout the fruit.
- Remove the fleshy part with the help of a spoon. Run the spoon along the edges of the fruit's skin and insert it towards the bottom to loosen the flesh. If the fruit is ripe, it will easily separate from its skin.
- You can eat the scooped-out fruit directly.
- You can also cut it into quarters like an apple.
