43 rabbis in Israel issue fatwa to Netanyahu: 'You can bomb Al-Shifa Hospital'
It has been reported that 43 rabbis in Israel have informed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that there is no objection to striking Al-Shifa Hospital in blockaded Gaza if Hamas members are hiding there and using civilians as human shields.

According to a report by Israel's Channel 14, a letter signed by 43 rabbis, stating that bombing Al-Shifa Hospital is religiously permissible, has been sent to Netanyahu.
''NO OBSTACLE''
The report noted that this message, signed by the rabbis and stating that "there is no religious or moral obstacle to striking this place if civilians are hidden behind and used as human shields," was conveyed to army units, the Prime Minister, and government ministers.
The message stated that those who use civilians as human shields should be condemned, and it was claimed that if the hospital were to be bombed, the responsibility would lie with "these individuals and their supporters."
Israeli Army Spokesperson Daniel Hagari had previously claimed in a statement: "Hamas is using Al-Shifa Hospital as a shield for its terror infrastructure. Hamas is launching attacks from hospitals."
Regarding the possibility of targeting Al-Shifa Hospital, where thousands of wounded and civilians are sheltering in Gaza, Hagari had said, "All options are on the table in this war."
LATEST SITUATION IN ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON GAZA
The armed wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, launched a comprehensive attack on the morning of October 7, citing "the need to respond to Israel's continuous violations against Palestinians and their sacred values, especially the Al-Aqsa Mosque," while the Israeli army began an intense aerial bombardment of the Gaza Strip.
Israeli officials announced that more than 1,400 Israelis, including 326 soldiers, have been killed and 5,132 people have been injured in the attacks launched from Gaza.
Israeli Army Spokesperson Daniel Hagari noted that there are 240 Israeli hostages held by the Al-Qassam Brigades in Gaza.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 8,525 Palestinians, including 3,542 children and 2,187 women, have been killed and 21,643 people have been injured in Israeli attacks.
In the occupied West Bank, 130 Palestinians have been killed and approximately 2,000 Palestinians have been injured in attacks by Israeli forces and Jewish settlers.
The Israeli army began expanding limited ground operations into Gaza on October 26 and further increased the intensity of its airstrikes.
Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest medical facility in Gaza where thousands of wounded and civilians are located, has also been targeted by the Israeli army.
In the clashes between the Israeli army and Hezbollah since October 8, 48 Hezbollah members and 4 Israeli soldiers have been killed.
