Israel to play EURO 2024 qualifying matches in Hungary
UEFA has announced that Israel, which is competing in the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024) qualifiers, will play two of its matches in Hungary.
In a statement released by UEFA, it was noted that Israel's Group I qualifying matches against Switzerland on November 15 and Romania on November 18 will be played at the Pancho Arena in the city of Felcsut.
The matches at the 3,816-capacity stadium will be open to spectators.
Due to the current security situation in Israel, UEFA had previously postponed all matches scheduled to take place in the country.
