In a statement released by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, it was reported that Armenian units opened fire between 23:35 and 23:45 local time from their positions in the direction of the Hoznavar, Hanazak, and Ereveus settlements in the Gorus district, targeting the positions of the Azerbaijani army in the Sadınlar, Hüsülü, Malibeyli, and Çağazur settlements of the Lachin district.
It was stated that Azerbaijani units returned fire.
