China: The way to end the conflicts is the establishment of an independent Palestine

Following the attacks by Hamas, China has called on the parties to the escalating tension between Palestine and Israel to 'cease fire and protect civilians.' According to China, the fundamental way to prevent conflicts is a 'two-state solution' and the 'establishment of a Palestinian state.'

In a written statement from the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was stated that China is 'deeply concerned' about the escalation of tension and violence between Palestine and Israel, and the statement included the following: "We call on all relevant parties to act with calm and restraint, to end the conflicts immediately to protect civilians, and to avoid further worsening the situation."

The statement emphasized that the international community should take urgent action, increase its support for the resolution of the Palestinian issue, encourage the resumption of peace talks between Palestine and Israel as soon as possible, and find a path to ensure lasting peace. It was noted that China will continue to work tirelessly with the international community toward this goal.
