Congratulatory message to Trump from Özgür Özel

According to the unofficial results of the US presidential election, which has been eagerly awaited for months, Donald Trump has won the race once again. A congratulatory message for Trump, who was elected as the 47th President of the US, also came from CHP leader Özgür Özel. 

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel made a statement via his social media account. In his statement, Özel expressed his hope that the election results would pave the way for regional peace. 

Özel included the following statements in the message he shared: 

''I congratulate Donald Trump, the democratically elected 47th President of the United States, and Vice President James David Vance.

I hope that the election results will make a positive contribution to the course of Turkey-US relations and, in particular, pave the way for an end to the ongoing unrest in our region, especially the wars in Palestine and Ukraine.''
