Israeli army confirms withdrawal from Al-Shifa Hospital, which it left in ruins
The Israeli army has announced that it has withdrawn from Al-Shifa Hospital, the largest medical complex in the Gaza Strip, and its surrounding area, after rendering it completely unusable following its attacks.

In a statement issued by the army, it was confirmed that Israeli forces had withdrawn from Al-Shifa Hospital and its surroundings following the attacks that began on March 18 and lasted for 14 days.
The statement claimed that despite the heavy destruction and damage caused within the Al-Shifa Hospital complex, harm to civilians, patients, and medical teams was prevented during the attacks.
Throughout the 14-day offensive, the Israeli army killed more than 200 Palestinians and detained over 900 others in and around Al-Shifa Hospital.
DESTRUCTION AND MASSACRE LEFT BEHIND
Following the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the area, the scale of the attacks has come to light. While Al-Shifa Hospital was reduced to ruins due to the attacks, dozens of Palestinian bodies were seen in the surrounding streets.
It was observed that the Israeli forces, which rendered Gaza's largest hospital unusable, also caused severe damage inside the buildings.
Eyewitnesses had reported that forces affiliated with the Israeli army had completely withdrawn from Al-Shifa Hospital and the surrounding residential areas, moving to the south of the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in the southwest of Gaza City.
Eyewitnesses stated that before withdrawing, Israeli forces burned all the buildings of Al-Shifa Hospital and rendered it completely out of service, completely destroyed the floors and rooms of the hospital's surgical building, burned the rest, and also burned the main reception and emergency building, destroying all medical supplies inside.
