EU reacts to bloody terrorist attack in Moscow
The EU has reacted to the terrorist attack on a concert hall in the Russian capital, Moscow, stating that it condemns all attacks against civilians.
EU Commission spokesperson Peter Stano stated in a post on his X account that the EU was "shocked and appalled" by the news of the attack.
Stano said, "The EU condemns any attack against civilians. Our thoughts are with all those citizens in Russia affected by the attack."
According to initial reports, 40 people lost their lives and more than 100 people were injured in the terrorist attack carried out at a concert hall in the capital, Moscow.
