Calling on those living in Gaza to move south, Hagari stated, "We are prepared on every front to protect Israel's security."

The Army Spokesperson said they remain committed to the national mission of bringing the hostages back.

ATTACKS ON GAZA INCREASED

Before the Israeli army spokesperson's statement, news reported by Anadolu Agency indicated that attacks on the blockaded Gaza Strip had intensified.

In the evening hours, intense attacks were carried out on the Beit Hanoun neighborhood in the northern Gaza Strip with howitzer fire. Following the howitzer attacks, the Israeli army launched intense airstrikes on northern Gaza, particularly targeting Beit Hanoun.

Israeli aircraft dropped bombs on the region consecutively for approximately 1 hour.

TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICES HAVE CEASED

While the sounds of explosions reached as far as the city of Sderot on the Israeli side, local residents state that the attacks launched by Israel this evening are the most intense bombardment since October 7.

The Palestinian telecommunications company "Jawwal" announced in a statement on its social media account that all telephone and internet services in Gaza have ceased.

The post stated that the infrastructure in the region was damaged due to the intense bombardment carried out by Israel and that "Gaza's connection to the world has been severed."
