Serbian leader Vucic: The US and UK knew about the attack in Russia
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the US and the UK knew in advance about the armed attack that took place at a concert hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
Vucic made assessments regarding the terrorist attack targeting civilians at a concert hall in Moscow during a local television program.
Wishing condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian people, Vucic said, "It is something we have said many times, but very few people wanted to hear, very few people wanted to believe, and very few people thought to look at the facts; when the US Embassy (in Moscow) called on its citizens not to go to shopping malls on March 7, the British and others did the same. This means that their intelligence services had intercepted certain conversations, received information, and knew that this would happen."
Stating that the incident in Moscow could have incalculable consequences, Vucic called for the Serbian National Security Council to convene.
Noting that there are various reasons for the council to meet, Serbian President Vucic stated that the attack in Moscow would also be discussed at the meeting.
According to initial reports, 40 people lost their lives and more than 100 people were injured in the terrorist attack on a concert hall in Moscow.
