Master cinema artist Jeyan Mahfi Ayral Tözüm has passed away at the age of 94. Tözüm had been struggling with health problems for some time.

Yeşilçam legend Jeyan Mahfi Ayral Tözüm, who dubbed many famous names including Türkan Şoray, Filiz Akın, Belgin Doruk, Hülya Koçyiğit, Fatma Girik, Emel Sayın, Gülşen Bubikoğlu, and Necla Nazır, has closed her eyes to life at the age of 94.
The following statement was included in the announcement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality City Theatres:
''We are deeply saddened by the loss of the esteemed artist Jeyan Mahfi Ayral Tözüm. We extend our condolences to her grieving family, all her loved ones, and the Turkish Theatre. The artist will be laid to rest at the Zincirlikuyu Cemetery following the funeral prayer to be held at the Zincirlikuyu Mosque on Monday, October 30, 2023, following the afternoon prayer.''
