A lawsuit has been filed against bank manager Seçil Erzan, who is alleged to have defrauded many people, including Arda Turan, Fernando Muslera, and Emre Belözoğlu, with the promise of a high-yield "Fatih Terim Fund," by Merve Özer Yılmaz, the wife of her cousin. Yılmaz has filed a compensation lawsuit against Erzan for 3 thousand dollars.

A lawsuit has been filed against Branch Manager Seçil Erzan, who is alleged to have defrauded 28 people, including well-known footballers Arda Turan, Fernando Muslera, Emre Belözoğlu, and Selçuk İnan, of approximately 25 million dollars and 7 million 384 thousand liras by claiming there was a reliable fund with high returns and that names like Fatih Terim were also involved in this fund, by her cousin's wife Merve Özer Yılmaz.

3 THOUSAND DOLLAR LAWSUIT

Claiming that Seçil Erzan and the bank caused her financial loss, Merve Özer Yılmaz applied to the Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance and filed a compensation lawsuit for 3 thousand dollars for the time being, based on the "liability of the employer." The petition submitted to the court stated: "The client made payments to Seçil Erzan for the purpose of investment at the bank.

The client was prevented from having any doubts as the existence of this card confirmed that the money she handed over to Seçil Erzan was being evaluated in Denizbank's 'private banking system.' She joined this system with the logic of a piggy bank to save her money. The defendant bank, on the other hand, remained a spectator to all the transactions and actions of its commercial representative and refrained from operating its control and audit mechanisms despite all its resources being used.

We demand the collection of the damages incurred from Seçil Erzan and the bank. Reserving our rights regarding the excess (to be increased when determined), we request the collection of 3 thousand dollars from the two defendants for the time being" were included.
