A 140-page expert report has emerged in the fraud case where former Denizbank branch manager Seçil Erzan is accused of collecting money from many people in the sports and business worlds under the name of the 'Fatih Terim Fund' with promises of high returns.

The report, which includes security camera footage of the money traffic, features images of Fatih Terim's nephew Terim Arıcan, coach Selçuk İnan, and Emre Belözoğlu at the bank.

CNN TÜRK Reporter Merve Tokaz explained the new expert report regarding the case that has captured public attention;

"Seçil Erzan's last hearing was held on March 8. There, unlike previous hearings, there was a change in Seçil Erzan's defense. Seçil Erzan, who had not said a word about the bank, made striking statements. Erzan said, 'I did not do anything in secret. The money and documents were brought to and taken from the bank. I did everything openly and clearly. It is impossible for the bank not to have known about this money exchange.' Following this, the victims' lawyers requested that the bank records, which had been deleted, be added to the file. At the end of the hearing, the presiding judge made a request. There was already a 400-page expert report.

On January 13, 2023, Fatih Terim's nephew Terim Arıcan is seen arriving at the bank with a black bag in his hand and then leaving.

Three days before Seçil Erzan was taken into custody, Emre Belözoğlu arrives at the bank branch with Volkan Bahçekapılı.

In court, Erzan had used the expressions, “It is as if she wants to involve the bank in this business. The bank had a very serious lack of control. I was a bank manager, but no one asked me about who was coming and going. I was not doing anything in secret there."

In moments when Seçil Erzan was not present, bank employees are seen giving notes to those whose names are mentioned in the file. The file includes conversations where Erzan tells a bank employee there over the phone, "This person will come and deliver this much money. You will give a receipt for the amount they deliver."

The court panel reached the following decision: To prevent this confusion and to understand to what extent Erzan's claims are true, it has been decided that everyone who worked at the bank during the time Erzan was employed there will be heard as witnesses at the hearing to be held on May 24," she said.

Ali Yörük is another detained individual. He has no position at this bank. Security cameras also captured him taking money out of the bank in suitcases.
