Drug operation in Marmaris: Samurai sword seized
The Muğla Provincial Gendarmerie Command seized various types of drugs, precision scales, a samurai sword, and a large amount of cash during an operation in Marmaris.

Following intelligence work by the Muğla Provincial Gendarmerie Command, it was learned that an individual identified as A.A. was wanted for (3) separate crimes and was selling drugs from their home. Consequently, teams from the Intelligence Branch Directorate and the Marmaris District Gendarmerie Command conducted a search of the individual's residence in Marmaris.
During the search, 38 grams of cocaine, (52) grams of crack cocaine, 2 grams of methamphetamine, 1.40 grams of cannabis, 380 synthetic pills, liquid cannabis, 4 precision scales, 3 drug paraphernalia items, an air rifle, a magazine, 6 cartridges, a samurai sword, and a total of 120 thousand 100 TL—consisting of 100 dollars, 4 notes of 20 pounds, 32 notes of 50 TL, 123 notes of 100 TL, and 531 notes of 200 TL, which were assessed to be proceeds of crime—were seized.
Regarding the incident, which is being investigated by the Marmaris Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the individual identified as A.A. was arrested by the judicial authorities and sent to prison.
