Thousands of teachers waiting for appointments did not receive good news at the Cabinet Meeting held yesterday.

Today, however, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin made statements regarding teacher appointments.

HOW MANY TEACHERS WILL BE APPOINTED?

In his statement today, Minister Tekin announced that 20 thousand teachers will be appointed. 

IN HOW MANY BRANCHES WILL TEACHERS BE APPOINTED?

Furthermore, the appointments to be made for specific branches have also been determined. 

The appointment of 20 thousand teachers will be carried out across 130 branches.  

WHEN WILL APPLICATIONS FOR TEACHER APPOINTMENTS BEGIN?

Minister Tekin also stated that applications for teacher appointments will begin on May 20.

Applications for the appointment of 20 thousand teachers in 130 branches will begin on May 20.
