It was learned that maps of the underground are being prepared within the scope of the 'Airborne Geophysical Electromagnetic Surveys' project carried out by the Department of Geophysical Surveys of the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration (MTA).

The helicopter carries out the operation with an electromagnetic loop transceiver system with a diameter of 35 meters attached to its lower part.

With the geophysical research helicopter of the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration, work is being carried out in the Akyazı district of Sakarya to map underground resources.

It was learned that the work carried out by the MTA aims to create a precious mineral map of the Sakarya Akyazı region.
