New arrest in student dormitory elevator tragedy in Aydın
An engineer detained as part of the investigation into the elevator accident at a dormitory in Aydın, which resulted in the death of university student Zeren Ertaş, has been arrested.

The Aydın Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a detention warrant for engineer R.H.A. as part of the investigation into the accident at the Güzelhisar Girls' Dormitory.
The suspect, who was taken into custody by police teams, has completed his processing at the police station.
R.H.A., who was referred to the courthouse, was arrested by the judgeship.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences student Zeren Ertaş lost her life on October 25 when an elevator fell at the Güzelhisar Girls' Dormitory.
In the investigation, M.B., an official from the elevator company, and H.T., the owner of the elevator company, had been arrested.
