Sharp reaction from Alparslan Türkeş's daughter to Bahçeli: Take down my father's picture!

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli was at the podium during his party's group meeting. Bahçeli once again reiterated his recent call regarding Abdullah Öcalan and his remarks on the "right to hope." 

"I stand by my words," said Bahçeli, once again becoming the focus of criticism. One of the harshest reactions to Bahçeli's words came from İYİ Party Adana Deputy Ayyüce Türkeş Taş, the daughter of Alparslan Türkeş. "Bahçeli is attempting to grant freedom to the terrorist leader," said Türkeş, adding, "As of today, they should take down the pictures of Başbuğ Alparslan Türkeş (the only trace of him left) from the MHP Headquarters; they should hang the pictures of the terrorist leader instead." 

'THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE ALPARSLAN TÜRKEŞ TURN IN HIS GRAVE ANY FURTHER'

İYİ Party's Ayyüce Türkeş Taş stated the following: 

"I REJECT the attempt to invite the terrorist leader to parliament as if reciting a mantra; in plain Turkish, this is an attempt to 'grant freedom to the terrorist leader.' I ESPECIALLY DO NOT ACCEPT that this call is being made by the chairman of the party founded by Başbuğ Alparslan TÜRKEŞ. As of today, they should take down the pictures of Başbuğ Alparslan TÜRKEŞ (the only trace of him left) from the MHP Headquarters; they should hang the pictures of the terrorist leader instead. They should not make Başbuğ Alparslan TÜRKEŞ turn in his grave any further.

Furthermore, I believe that those making these statements cannot possibly be unaware that dissolving the PKK would mean Turkey losing its power to conduct operations against terrorism in the region.

We do not have a country to lose just so Recep Tayyip Erdoğan can be President for life. How happy is the one who says I am a Turk..."
