Bahçeli reiterates Öcalan call and makes Erdoğan statement: 'He should be elected once more'

MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli reiterated his call for terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan, stating, "I stand by my word and I am persistent in my proposal." Supporting the re-candidacy of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Bahçeli said, "If Turkey reaches the peak of its political and economic stability, is it not a natural and correct choice for our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to be elected once more?"

Bahçeli reiterates Öcalan call and makes Erdoğan statement: 'He should be elected once more'

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli delivered a speech at his party's parliamentary group meeting.

The highlights from Bahçeli's remarks are as follows:

The Turkish nation has never been assimilationist at any point in history. It has been respected. Is it reasonable to turn a blind eye to those lining up to plunder the legacy of national unity and brotherhood? Where are those rowing against the current of history operating?

How can we ignore the boils of internal and external treason that intend to stir up our internal affairs and darken our national unity? Should we not raise our voices against those trying to divide the nation?

CALL TO ÖCALAN: I STAND BY MY WORD

If the terrorist leader, who was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment, is going to say that terrorism has ended, then let him come to the DEM Party group and say it. Let the truth be revealed. Let him also benefit from the right to hope.

I stand by my word and I stand by my proposal. Let the terrorist ringleader come and declare that terrorism has ended.

The principles in world politics should be determined according to the visible power centers, their capabilities, and resources. Geography is the final stage of threats. Our Turkey is on the route, at the crossroads, and sometimes the target or the starting point of the political objectives of global powers. There is a need for honest, courageous, and inclusive moves for the survival of the state and the prosperity of the nation and the homeland. We must reinforce our thousand-year brotherhood. It is our duty to protect Turkey from the storms in the midst of a regional and global equation that produces chaos, with new players, changing balances, and rising powers.

"NO ONE CAN COME BETWEEN US AND OUR KURDISH BROTHERS"

Kurds are one thing, the terrorist organization is another. Confusing the two is the most grave crime and a disservice to our country and our nation. Kurds are our brothers. They are equal and honorable members of our nation. The terrorist organization, however, is a subcontractor for the enemies of Turkey. The DEM Party must also clarify its decision immediately. It must move away from its wavering stance between weapons and politics.

"ERDOĞAN IS THE ONLY OPTION"

If there are those with question marks in their minds; if terrorism is uprooted from our lives and a blow is dealt to the monster of inflation, is it not a natural and correct choice for Mr. Erdoğan to be elected once more? How will those who cannot find peace among themselves resolve the discrimination in Turkey? For the future of the Century of Turkey, Mr. Erdoğan is the guarantee and, in our view, the only option. The Republic of Turkey was not found on the street, and it will not be surrendered to terrorism on the street. The founder of this state is the great Turkish nation. As long as the Turkish nation exists, the Republic of Turkey will remain eternal. The People's Alliance will selflessly protect the existence of the Republic of Turkey.

TRUSTEES APPOINTED TO FOUR MUNICIPALITIES

The rule of law prevails in Turkey. Mayors must patiently wait for the conclusion of legal processes. The rule of law prevails in Turkey. Mayors must patiently wait for the conclusion of legal processes.

In particular, the exploitation of Mr. Ahmet Türk, a Kurdish tribal leader who has serious health problems, is of advanced age, and belongs to a deep-rooted family, and the devious attempt to stir up trouble between İmralı and the DEM Party, is a foreign-linked product of the black propaganda campaign led by the CHP.

REACTION TO ÖZGÜR ÖZEL

Mr. Özgür, even if you were fire, you could only burn as much as your size. Pull yourself together, love the CHP, love Turkey, love everyone, and then you can say that you love yourself too.

Mayors will either do their jobs properly or they will endure the justified measures taken by the Turkish state within the boundaries of the law.

BAHÇELİ'S FULL SPEECH IS AS FOLLOWS:

We are the Nationalist Movement Party.

We are the People's Alliance, which embraces the people and the Republic, fuses the past with the future, and brings the center and the periphery together.

Together we are Turkey, we are all the Turkish nation.

Our journey is one, and together it is toward the crescent.

The inseparable integrity of the crescent and the star, adorned with the blood of martyrs and waving to cover the firmament, is the eternal guarantee of Turkish independence.

Let no one worry, let no one fall into anxiety or fear; the flag will not be lowered from the mast it has been hoisted upon, and no hostile or oppressive focus will have the power to destroy the historical existence and legal personality of the Republic of Turkey.

From east to west, from north to south, we will advance with sure and firm steps toward the crescent, as one and together.

We will not stop, we will not pause, we will not fade away.

The crescent is the symbol of our unity and our prosperity; we will not forget this.

The crescent is the message of our brotherhood and our shared destiny; we will not forget this.

The crescent is the moonlight that clears and illuminates the path of the Turkish nation in the darkness of the night; we will not neglect this truth either.

Take note, when you examine history in detail, you will see that the crescent has never been able to return to places where the cross has entered.

For this reason, we will wholeheartedly believe that there is no second option other than acting with the obligation to meticulously protect and safeguard the honor of the crescent, as well as the national unity, national existence, and national security where this honor is fermented.

In order to implement and reinforce this aforementioned belief, 6 of our "One and Together, Towards the Crescent Turkey Meetings," the first of which was held in Erzurum on October 29, 2024, have been completed, with 21 meetings remaining.

Very successful results have been achieved from our meetings with the enthusiastic and intense participation of our provincial organizations in Ağrı, Muş, Ardahan, Iğdır, Giresun, Bayburt, Sivas, Tunceli, Trabzon, Artvin, Batman, Şırnak, Siirt, Rize, Erzincan, Gümüşhane, Kars, and Erzurum, as well as the contributions of our council members, Central Executive Committee (MYK) members, deputies, and mayors.

Starting with our Deputy Chairman in Charge of Organizational Affairs who coordinated these meetings and you, our esteemed deputies;

I wholeheartedly thank all my fellow party members who took an active role in field and hall activities, hit the roads of Anatolia to explain the Nationalist Movement Party, listened to our citizens with great attention, and sincerely conveyed the goals of the new century.

We are passionate about the crescent, we are emphatic about unity;

We are servants of one God, we are the bastion of one homeland.

We will not part from brotherhood, we will not break away from one another,

Whatever games they play, it is in vain,

Neither one less, nor one more, we are all together the soul of one nation.

And that nation is the Turkish nation; we are full of consciousness and pride, one and together, toward the crescent.

My Dear Friends,

What matters is not having intellect, but using that intellect at the right time and in the right place.

When the mind is not ready, it is impossible for the eye to see.

The only thing that increases in value as it multiplies is the mind.

For societies that have failed to employ common sense, failed to establish a common denominator, and have not entered or could not enter the path of a common future even if they come from a common past, dissolution and disintegration are not merely possible, but an inevitable outcome.

History is the stage and witness to many cautionary tales on this subject.

Difficult stages will be overcome and aggressive resistance positions will be eroded not by the grace of luck and coincidence, but through national and spiritual conceptual and intellectual breakthroughs guided by the mind.

Stubbornly avoiding and shunning doing this together and succeeding together, I warn, means inviting disaster.

It is the responsibility of us all to make life a nightmare for those who dream of a lifeless homeland, a bloodless nation, a powerless state, and a flag without an owner, and for those who are engaged in fifth-column activities for this purpose, and to leave all their ambitions unfulfilled.

Please pay attention, I say all of us, for I do not separate, segregate, or view any member of the nation as an 'other,' regardless of their mother tongue, origin, or region.

It is more or less known to everyone that there have been six turning points in the 185 years between 1839 and 2024.

These are the Tanzimat, the Islahat (Reform Edict), the First Constitutional Era, the Second Constitutional Era, the Republic, and the Presidential Government System.

There are also three strategic phases in the hundred-year history of the Republic of Turkey:

The first is the single-party period, the second is the multi-party life, and the third is the Presidential Government System.

In the upcoming hundred-year period from October 29, 2023, to October 29, 2123, we can group the historical thresholds that need to be highlighted under the following headings:

First, 2053 is the 600th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul.

Our goal is for a "Superpower Turkey" to manifest by this date.

Second, 2071 is the 1000th anniversary of the Battle of Manzikert.

Our goal is for the legacy of the conquest to be articulated with the Turkish Era, and for unity and solidarity in the Turkish-Islamic geographies to overflow borders and grow like a plane tree.

Thirdly, 2077 marks the 1000th anniversary of the first Turkish state established in Anatolia.

The year 2077 is of key importance regarding the transmission of the thousand-year state experience, which reached the Republic of Turkey from the Anatolian Seljuk State, to the next thousand years.

Fourthly, July 9, 2118, is the hundredth anniversary of the official transition to the Presidential Government System.

With our governance life, which has completely rid itself of system problems, institutionalized with the momentum of the popular will, and relied on deep-rooted experience, while also being cited as an example worldwide, the Republic of Turkey and future generations will become much more peaceful, much more secure, and much more comfortable.

Fifthly, October 29, 2123, is the 200th anniversary of the Republic.

The calendar for the next hundred years has begun to run.

The time is the time of the Turk and the Century of Turkey.

The Turkish miracle we have longed for in this century will be realized, and the Republic of Turkey will be the symbol of Turkish-Islamic civilization.

In the new century, it is highly probable that the maps being toyed with will be redrawn, violated borders will be buried in uncertainty, collapsed states will become the birth pangs of miniature states, and regional and global instabilities will retain their essence even if they change their outer shell, and perhaps new explosions will find a medium.

Our national goal is for a Turkish Peace belt, similar to the Ottoman Peace, to be drawn around us like castle walls, and for Turkish geographies and humanity to attain complete peace.

Turkey will strengthen its claim as a problem-solver that contributes to regional and global peace.

The Ottoman Peace, which emerged with the conquest of Istanbul and Fatih Sultan Mehmed, established justice, tolerance, mercy, majesty, affection, and a network of moral and civilized relations in the Balkans and the Middle East.

In a way that supports the awakening of history on the 600th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul, the perfection and manifestation of a Turkish Peace climate in Asia, Africa, and Europe is possible, and for this, sleeves must be rolled up now.

Just as the Ottoman Empire kept local cultures and ethnic communities together within its structure and established an environment of peace and tranquility, the same can be experienced in the era of Turkish Peace by following in the footsteps of our ancestors.

The Turkish nation has never been assimilationist at any period in history.

The created has been loved and respected for the sake of the Creator.

Well, is it wise to turn a blind eye to those lining up to plunder the legacy of national unity and brotherhood when one could instead serve the repetition of history?

When we could be hearing a modern-day variation of the saying, 'We would rather see an Ottoman turban than a cardinal's hat on our heads,' what are we still wasting time with? Where are those rowing against the current of history heading, and on whose behalf are they operating?

While all the geographies we withdrew from are struggling with conflict and turmoil, how can we ignore the ringleaders of internal and external betrayal who intend to stir up our country and darken our national unity? How can we be partners in this sin?

What should we say? Should we say our foresight has been blocked? Should we list excuses like 'we didn't hear, we didn't know, we didn't see'?

Should we not raise our voices against the scoundrels waiting for an opportunity to make Turks kill Kurds and Kurds kill Turks, to divide the nation into ethnic tribes, and to turn Anatolia into a mosaic of hell? Should we leave our future as a hostage? Should we remain unresponsive to the trampling of our independence?

Those who have turned their eyes and ears to the US Presidential election to be held tomorrow,

Those who are playing a guessing game about who the new president will be,

Those who keep a tally of how they can reap benefits,

Those who lie in wait to loosen the sovereignty borders of the Turkish nation and the Turkish state with imperialist prompts they receive and cruel scenarios that will be gifted to them,

Let them not forget that our greatest strength is our national unity, which is as solid as steel; the end for those who aim to destroy and overcome this unity is only the graveyard.

I announced it last week; everyone talked, and they are still talking.

I say it again; in the Century of the Turk and Turkey, terrorism will be eradicated.

We are one heart with our Kurdish brothers, and we are on the same front against separatist terrorism.

If the terrorist leader, who was sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment, is going to say that terrorism has ended, that the PKK has been dissolved, and that treason and separatism are a dead end, then let him come to the DEM group, say these things one by one, let the truth be revealed, and let him benefit from the right to hope.

I stand by my word and I am persistent in my proposal.

As taboos are lifted, conventional wisdom is challenged, the status quo is breached, and as people treat each other honestly and speak their minds freely, it becomes easier to move forward with small steps from one point of agreement and consensus to another.

The resolution of disputes lies in creating a national, inclusive way of thinking, looking at problems from a different perspective, and adopting a constructive, genuine, mature, and persuasive attitude.

As chaos increases, the cracks through which we can navigate will also multiply.

It is my belief that many blessings will be born from the hardships endured.

We must prevent those who wish to bolt the doors opening to the Turkish and Century of Turkey with the power of hearts beating in unison.

In the new century, in the new Turkey environment, within the framework of a new life and new politics, we must lay the stones of history with a national purpose to build the paths that will lead our people to the heights they wish to climb.

If we do not know the hearts of our people, we cannot place our words correctly.

We not only know the heart of every one of our people, but we also carry friendship, brotherhood, and love from heart to heart.

We must break the stubbornness of ossified and obsolete mentalities with feelings of affection and respect.

By casting aside the timidity that overshadows our self-confidence, we must find points of contact between the past and the present in order to bring definitive solutions to our current problems.

It is necessary to place the events being experienced under both a microscope and a telescope lens simultaneously, in order to both discern the details that shed light on the most critical aspects of life and to examine large-scale problems from a distance.

In this way, it is possible for us to encounter more alternatives than previously thought.

We must turn our backs on prejudices and listen to the voice of reason and conscience.

We should not hesitate to develop a strategy aimed at understanding and living together, rather than conflict and destruction, and thereby take the initiative.

A strategy cannot correct a mistake at the political level, and tactical steps cannot repair an error at the strategic level.

The principles of world politics are determined according to the power centers of the foreseeable future, their geographical locations, their capabilities and talents, and their goals and intentions.

All strategic and political assessments are related to the level of threat perceptions.

Geography is the final stage of threats.

Our Turkey is on the route, at the crossroads, sometimes the target, and sometimes the starting point of the political objectives of global powers.

The geography we live on has been the center of gravity for wars for centuries.

We must defend the homeland with multi-faceted, multi-option, long-term, and phased policies.

Because Turkey is located in a geopolitical position where the policies of regional and global powers are knotted and resolved, it is an unavoidable common duty to see that dangers are increasing and we are being surrounded, especially by taking into account the harsh atmosphere in the Middle East, and to take measures accordingly.

Honest, courageous, and embracing moves are needed for the survival of the state, the welfare of the nation, and the prosperity of the homeland.

Saying yes to the essence being taken captive by the shell, to empty words replacing meaning, and to fictitious approaches coming to the fore with momentary ambitions is equivalent to risking our national future.

With analytical, moral, rational, and empathetic understanding, we must reinforce our thousand-year brotherhood by remaining closed to shortsighted and inaccurate suggestions, vague and destructive expressions, and excessive demands that do not align with events and facts.

It is our duty to protect Turkey from storms in the midst of new players, changing balances, rising powers, and a regional and global equation that is becoming complex and producing chaos.

Thank God, despite many attacks and tremors, the solidarity and unity of the Turkish nation have not been broken until today, and they will not be broken from now on.

It is a matter of national honor to respond to those around us who are preparing to write and announce the farewell of the Turkish nation by gathering in the same ranks.

The peak of misery is to be dependent on the will of another.

Our nation has rejected captivity and dependency throughout history.

Embracing the Kurds is fundamental, fighting terrorism is essential; clearing out armed bandits is inevitable, and reaching a consensus in politics is in our common interest.

No center of influence can come between us and our Kurdish brothers.

No dishonorable person's actions or provocations can suffice to separate our Kurdish brothers from the Turkish nation.

The October 23 TUSAŞ attack was carried out against Turkey.

The October 23 TUSAŞ attack targeted the Turkish nation.

The pain and sorrow of our five martyrs, whom we remember with mercy and gratitude, and our 19 wounded brothers, two of whom are in critical condition, have descended upon our entire country from Hakkari to Edirne, from Şırnak to Balıkesir, and from Mardin to İzmir, shaking everyone.

Tolerance for terror is zero; wherever the terrorist organization breeds, that place is a legitimate target.

Kurds are one thing, the terrorist organization is another.

Confusing the two is the gravest crime and the most severe evil that can be done to our country and our nation.

Kurds are our brothers, they are equal and honorable members of our nation, while the terrorist organization is a subcontractor for the enemies of Turkey, a brutal tool, and a puppet holding a weapon.

The DEM Party must also clarify its decision immediately, move away from its wavering stance between weapons and politics, and clarify where it stands and whether it will build thick walls between itself and terrorism.

The villains who came all the way to Kahramankazan and infiltrated TUSAŞ, the supporters of these traitors, and the hired separatist terrorist organization are the enemies of 85 million Turkish citizens in both worlds.

No one should speak from their stomach, get stuck in a pit of demagoguery, or resort to fake bravado.

They should not fire blanks, tell tall tales, and those whose worth and character we know very well should not be tempted by fake challenges at all.

Gentlemen, we were coming while you were leaving; when did you become so brainwashed?

My advice to those who dare to lecture us on nationalism is that they should not forget that they will suddenly become the prey while hunting for spoils, and that they will lose what they have while chasing after more.

Do they think we have forgotten who they were so close with at the 'Table of Six' until yesterday, how they collaborated and 'DEM-ed' (drank/aligned with DEM), and how they sent greetings to the PKK, despite having no face to compete with us on patriotism?

Öcalan is lying in Imralı, but why do you not see that there are 57 shadows of Öcalan standing in the DEM Group? Why can you not admit it?

To those brave hearts talking about trampling over corpses, how can we explain to you that since 1965, 339 separatist deputies who held views contrary to the indivisible integrity of the state, its country, and its nation have served under the roof of the Parliament? How else can we explain this clear reality?

The Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) is the manifestation of the national will, and its address is clear.

The TBMM is a veteran assembly; it is the heart of the Turkish nation.

So, where is Imralı Island?

What is it attached to?

Whose territory is it?

Let me ask it this way: Is Imralı Island not Turkish territory?

Has this island been abandoned without us knowing about it?

With a simple line of reasoning, I advise some politicians to activate their thinking faculties, if they have any:

If there is an objection to the terrorist leader coming to the DEM Party group in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, why is there no reaction to him remaining in İmralı?

What a terrible contradiction this is.

What a lack of common sense this is.

To separate the Grand National Assembly of Turkey from the island of İmralı in terms of sovereignty is an incurable stupidity.

If the isolation of the terrorist leader is lifted, those who are already uncomfortable with him announcing in the DEM Party group that the separatist terrorist organization has ended and ceased to exist in terms of action, practice, purpose, and means, can be none other than the rootless who profit from terror and feed on blood.

Those who engage in the literature of corpses, if they trust themselves, let them go and join our Mehmetçiks (soldiers) for the purpose of fighting terrorism, let them stand guard on the mountain peaks, and then I will see what they are made of.

They say that we are building fortifications for the new constitution preparation process.

They say that we are looking for a way to have our President elected once more.

Our primary goal is to get rid of the burden of terrorism in the new century.

It is to ensure the existence of a peaceful and happy nation.

If there are those who still have question marks in their minds, here is what I will say in the final analysis:

If terrorism is uprooted from our lives,

If a heavy blow is dealt to the monster of inflation,

If Turkey reaches the peak of political and economic stability,

Wouldn't it be a natural and correct choice for our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, to be elected once more?

In this context, will making the necessary constitutional amendment not be among the tasks ahead?

For continuity in the state, stability in politics, and the construction of the Century of Turkey, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is the guarantee, he is the lover of the nation, and in our view, he is the only option with his experience and accumulation.

My Esteemed Colleagues,

The Kurdish nationalist propaganda that began in the aftermath of the Tanzimat did not immediately take the Turkish nation under its influence.

However, just like today, those who seek benefit from separatism and division, those collaborators of betrayal, have not refrained from exploiting the issue.

In this respect, the so-called Kurdish question is not a matter of a humanitarian approach, but a commissioned project brought to the agenda with the aim of tearing apart the Ottoman Empire yesterday and the Republic of Turkey today.

It is known to us that the so-called Kurdish question, which has a history of approximately 1.5 centuries, was produced as a mask for the buffer state that the colonialist mindset, focused on seizing the Mesopotamian oil fields, planned to establish between Turkey and Russia.

Those who meet around the so-called Kurdish question today are those who have drifted far away from historical consciousness first, and then from the national conscience.

In fact, presenting a non-existent problem as if it exists is a sign that one is stepping on rotten ground from the very beginning.

My Kurdish brothers are not a separate ethnic community, but are among the primary and fundamental elements of the Turkish national fabric.

It should be well understood that policies built on differences are the cradle of discrimination and the definition of second-class citizenship.

The sloppy and morbid, vague solution proposals produced by the opposition and the separatist mentality along this axis will never change this obvious truth.

I would like to express with sincerity that;

? Together, we did not let the base ones invade our homeland.

? Together, we shielded our bodies against shameless onslaughts.

? Together, we gave our lives for the sake of independence and for the sake of honor.

? We have been together in the vineyards and gardens of our lands; in the waters and slopes of our homeland; in the tears and prayers of our people.

? Our blood has flowed together in our surging and foaming rivers.

? We became souls in the same skin, glory in the same history, and brothers in the same culture.

We acknowledge that for a thousand years, there have been diversities among our brothers who have lived together and spread across a vast geographical region, stemming from local conditions, and this is natural.

This situation has gained prominence as a result of sociological and cultural changes.

The current puppets of imperialism, who resist understanding this reality, are stirring up trouble regarding issues such as Kurdish identity, constitutional status, autonomy, federation, education in the mother tongue, and the right to defense.

These are clearly moves aimed at dividing and fragmenting Turkey, the Turkish nation, and the Turkish homeland, and it is naturally against the nature of things for us to tolerate such a thing.

I would like to say to all parties;

There is no Kurdish issue in Turkey.

Throughout the historical process, there have been games played against the Turkish nation and separatist uprisings.

The so-called Kurdish issue is a trap set by bloody imperialists.

The so-called Kurdish issue is a cloak of betrayal used to hide the treacherous and bloody acts of separatist terrorism.

The unchanging strategy of global imperialism is to encircle the powers it faces from the outside and to collapse them from within by expanding virtual areas of conflict.

The Turkish nation is not a coalition of peoples or a collection of ethnic origins.

The Turkish nation has never been a mass or a loose community formed by the temporary alliance of differences that deepen like an abyss.

Those who raise a clamor about a problem are, first and foremost, the dishonorable ones who bargain over the lives and existence of our Kurdish brothers.

The Nationalist Movement Party does not allow or tolerate those who view our Kurdish brothers as a problem, and it will not hesitate for a moment to strike like a spear at treason, standing as one with our nation.

In a national structure that is so intertwined that it cannot be separated, no explosive more powerful than creating strata based on identities has yet been discovered.

However, my Kurdish brothers must now see the games being played.

Disappointing the terror barons is their national and spiritual duty.

The feeling of brotherhood is not a bond to be carried unilaterally.

This is a spiritual and historical obligation that everyone must embrace with sincerity and patience.

Has there been any Kurdish brother of mine whose rights have been violated or usurped in any field, from business to politics, bureaucracy to education, trade to agriculture, or sports to art?

If there are any, we are always ready and here to be their spokesperson and to defend their rights.

Separatism is a dead end.

The ambition to destroy a thousand-year unity is doomed to defeat.

The Turkish nation is capable of rooting out and casting aside nests of sedition and corruption.

And it will always have the power to personally direct its own destiny.

The Republic of Turkey was not found on the street.

It will not be surrendered to the streets, to terrorism, or to collaborators.

The Republic of Turkey is one, it has a national and unitary structure, and its land and nation are one and whole.

The founder and owner of this state is the great Turkish nation in its entirety.

Everyone who is bound to the Republic of Turkey by the bond of citizenship is an equal and respected member of the Turkish nation that founded the Republic of Turkey, regardless of race, language, religion, or sect.

The foundation of our national existence is this sense of belonging; Turkishness is our overarching and indispensable identity.

Searches for new identities and names for the Turkish nation, and the invention of new citizenships, are always destined to remain empty and futile attempts.

If the Turkish nation exists, the Republic of Turkey will also remain eternal.

Let it not be forgotten that Turkey can never live or exist without the Turkish nation.

The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and the People's Alliance will selflessly protect the existence of the Republic of Turkey and the great Turkish nation.

Turkey is ours, this cherished homeland belongs to us all; that is why we shout: long live our brotherhood, long live our nation, and may our state endure.

The trustees appointed to the municipalities of Esenyurt, Halfeti, Batman, and Mardin are not related to the denial of democracy and national will, but are due to the connections, affiliations, and links of the mayors in question to the terrorist organization.

The rule of law is present and dominant in Turkey.

Compliance with and respect for judicial decisions are undoubtedly mandatory.

Mayors who have been temporarily suspended from their duties must patiently await the conclusion of legal processes.

Compromising on justice and neglecting the implementation of judicial decisions by the government will not benefit anyone.

The Constitution and relevant laws are extremely clear.

However, the CHP's uncompromising and provocative moves aim to sabotage the environment of brotherhood that has been revitalized by the speeches of our President and ourselves in our most recent group meetings.

In particular, the exploitation of Mr. Ahmet Türk, who is known to have serious health problems, is of advanced age, and belongs to a deep-rooted family, as well as the insidious attempts to drive a wedge between İmralı and the DEM Party, are the foreign-linked products of a black campaign led by the CHP.

Mr. Özgür has gone off the rails, has become frantic, and his tense facial expressions and broken, blurred language structure have revealed the magnitude of the crisis he has been dragged into.

The CHP Chairman has lost his way and has completely lost his composure.

Looking from here, it would not be an exaggerated claim to say that we have great difficulty distinguishing between the CHP and the DEM Party, and that we even confuse the CHP with the PKK.

The CHP is like a stream that has broken away from its source and flows resentfully in its bed.

At this rate, it is certain that it will dry up and experience deep cracks.

Mr. Özgür's attack on the institution of justice in Esenyurt, his insults toward our public prosecutors, and his accusations against our President constitute a lack of courtesy and unadulterated impudence that causes the CHP, which tells fairy tales of normalization, to short-circuit and plays with the nerves of our nation.

Furthermore, in response to Mr. Özgür's words regarding the appointment of a trustee—'words are about to run out, whatever is necessary will be done to fight this evil'—I say this: even if you were fire, you could only burn as much as your size; you must stop these cheap tricks and watch your step.

Thank God, Turkey is getting rid of its dead weight.

In the new century of the Republic, extreme trends and attitudes will be worn down in accordance with the restoration of an environment of internal peace and tranquility.

Internal threats tied to external support will be rendered unable to stir.

We will leave our mark on the coming century with the resilience of a national stance purified from the inflation of discord.

We will not remain trapped in our own cocoon.

We will melt frozen hearts with love and solidarity.

A civilization that proves it cannot solve the problems it has created is a collapsing civilization.

We are not the heirs of such a civilization.

The past prepares the present, and the present is what will prepare the future.

By keeping our feelings of brotherhood away from sudden outbursts of anger with a vigilant consciousness, we will open the bright pages of the future one by one.

The politics of discord led by the CHP has nowhere to go.

There will be no end or result for the language of terror, separatist impositions, Kandil provocations, or the devilry that points to the streets as a solution.

Mayors will either perform their duties properly, or they will endure the legitimate and justified measures taken by the Turkish state within the boundaries of the law.

When the state watches, they say it does not see; when the state waits, they think it is negligent; when the state pretends to sleep, they claim it is suffering from weakness; however, a time comes when it proves its power with its sovereign character to the whole world and brings the world down on the heads of those who commit treason.

Distinguished Members of Parliament,

Deliberations have begun on the 2025 Central Government Budget Law Proposal and the 2023 Final Account Law Proposal.

Budget discussions for ministries, public institutions, and organizations will continue in the Planning and Budget Committee until November 29, 2024.

It is gratifying that next year's budget has been prepared with the theme of 'Stability, action, and development'.

In addition to prioritizing social welfare and economic development, the goal of sharing the opportunities provided by growth with all segments of society supports our hopeful and optimistic outlook for 2025.

My special request to you is that you actively participate in the budget negotiations, take the floor, and maintain your political stance in accordance with the nature of the People's Alliance.

I expect all of you to reflect our party's views accurately through positive, constructive, and visionary speeches, without giving credit to the provocations of the opposition and without entering into bottomless arguments.

With these thoughts, I wish you, my esteemed fellow members of parliament, success, and as I conclude my remarks, I greet you all with my respects.
