Described as the 'world's hardest dish' and featuring 'stones' as its main ingredient, this street food is currently trending on social media.
Consumed in China's eastern Hubei province, the dish is stir-fried with ingredients such as garlic, oil, and chili peppers, but the stones are not swallowed.
Customers are asked to suck on the stones and then spit them out. Therefore, the dish is called 'suodiu', which means 'suck and throw away'.
