Here is the most practical recipe for the Bat dish, which helps keep blood sugar balanced and aids in weight loss...

Bat Dish Ingredients:

-2 cups green lentils

-1 cup minus 1 finger of fine bulgur

-1 onion

-2 tomatoes

-2 green pointed peppers

-1/2 bunch of parsley, dill

-If available, 1/2 bunch of mint or 1 teaspoon of dried mint

-Salt, red pepper, red chili flakes, basil

-Juice of 1 lemon

-1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses

-1 tablespoon pepper or tomato paste

-1/2 cup coarsely crushed walnuts.

Preparation of Bat Dish:

-Cook the lentils by adding enough water to cover them.

-Add the fine bulgur and tomato/pepper paste to the same water.

-Add the finely chopped tomatoes, onion, green peppers, parsley, dill, mint, salt, and other spices.

-You can also add lemon juice and pomegranate molasses, checking according to your preferred level of tartness.

The water from the green lentils is usually sufficient, but if it seems too dry, you can add some boiled, lukewarm water.
