Custody development! Court reaches a decision regarding Deniz Akkaya's daughter

The situation between former model Deniz Akkaya and her daughter has been at the top of the tabloid agenda. Akkaya recently made headlines with her claim that her 15-year-old daughter Ayşe had attacked her and locked her on the balcony.

Following allegations that her aunt had also subjected the girl to violence, Akkaya's daughter was taken into protective custody upon request.

Following these events, the child's father, Efe Önbilgin, also took action.

Amidst Akkaya's series of social media posts and allegations, Önbilgin applied to the Family Court and requested protection.

CUSTODY GRANTED TO THE FATHER

Following the request, the court announced its decision. Accordingly, custody of the 15-year-old child was granted to the father. In the interim ruling of the case between Akkaya and Önbilgin, the court found it inappropriate for their daughter, Ayşe, to remain at the Social Services Institution.

In line with the request in father Önbilgin's petition, it was ruled that the young girl, who was staying at the Child Protection Agency, be handed over to her father.

'SHE IS BEING HANDED OVER TO HER FATHER WITH MY PERMISSION'

Making a post regarding the matter, Akkaya stated that the custody decision was made with her consent, saying, "Since I hold sole custody and the right to make decisions, she is being handed over to her father with my permission, with the understanding that she will spend this summer with him. Both her entry and exit from that institution happened with my permission!"

Deniz Akkaya, who claimed that her 15-year-old daughter Ayşe had attacked her and locked her on the balcony when she tried to take her mobile phone, had stated that she sent her daughter to the Child Protection Agency to "teach her a lesson," and subsequently made numerous allegations through a series of posts.
