Emin Alper's adaptation of Dostoevsky's timeless work, 'The Double,' held its premiere last night.
The cast of the dark comedy 'The Double' features Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, Erdem Şenocak, Derya Karadaş, and Gökhan Yıkılkan.
The premiere, held at the Zorlu PSM Turkcell Platinum Stage, was attended by many famous names, including Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Burak Deniz, Pınar Deniz, Kaan Yıldırım, Dilan Çiçek Deniz, Birce Akalay, Engin Günaydın, Şebnem Bozoklu, Enis Arıkan, Erkan Kolçak Köstendil, Cansu Tosun, Şükrü Özyıldız, Öner Erkan, Serkan Keskin, Fatih Artman, Öykü Karayel, Can Bonomo, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Onur Saylak, İbrahim Çelikkol, Damla Sönmez, Cem Davran, Ceren Moray, Hatice Aslan, Esra Ruşan, Melikşah Altuntaş, Ekin Koç, Gülçin Kültür, and Sedef Avcı.
In addition to its strong cast, the play features an original adaptation that brings together the stage design of Deniz Göktürk Kobanbay, the lighting of Ahmet Sesigürgil, and the sound design of Okan Kaya.
