Dostoevsky's 'The Double' hits the theater stage under the direction of Emin Alper
Dostoevsky's 'The Double' comes to life on the theater stage once again, adapted and directed by Emin Alper.
Director Emin Alper's first theater play, which he adapted from Dostoevsky's work of the same name and directed, 'The Double', meets art lovers in the new year.
The play, which combines the acting performances of Cem Yiğit Üzümoğlu, Erdem Şenocak, Derya Karadaş, and Gökhan Yıkılkan with stage design by Deniz Göktürk Kobanbay, lighting by Ahmet Sesigürgil, and sound design by Okan Kaya, is preparing to turn into an impressive theater experience for the audience under the production of Nisan Ceren Özerten and the production company Luz Yapım.
PREMIERE DATE ANNOUNCED
The play, which will make citizens ask themselves what they would do if they encountered someone who looked physically identical to them but had a personality that was the exact opposite of their own; someone who possessed traits they hated and could not tolerate; and who, precisely because of these traits, could reach their goals much more easily than they could; and therefore, someone whose place they might secretly wish to take, will hold its premiere on January 12 at Maximum Uniq Hall.
