Michael Jackson's life adapted for the screen: First image shared

In the first image released from the film 'Michael', which brings the portrait of artist Michael Jackson to the silver screen, it can be seen that his nephew Jaafar Jackson, who plays Jackson, is performing the pop star's iconic dance on his tiptoes.

In the biographical film, directed by Antoine Fuqua, who also directed the films Training Day and The Equalizer, Michael Jackson will be played by his nephew Jaafar Jackson.

One of the co-writers of the film is John Logan, who previously wrote Ridley Scott's cult film Gladiator, Martin Scorsese's The Aviator, and Sam Mendes' James Bond films Skyfall and Spectre.

Sharing a post about his role in the film on his social media account last year, Jaafar Jackson said, "I am humbled and honored to bring my Uncle Michael's story to life. To all the fans all over the world, I'll see you soon."
