National athlete Barış Çin won the gold medal at the Artistic Billiards Individual European Championship held in Ankara.

According to the statement made by the Turkish Billiards Federation, Barış Çin became the European champion by defeating his French opponent Michael Hammen 186-180 in the final of the organization held at the federation's facilities in Gölbaşı.
In the championship, which Michael Hammen finished in second place, national athlete Hacı Arap Yaman shared third place with Spaniard Sergio Sanchez.
