Making a statement on her social media account last week, Gülse Birsel stated that the claims regarding the revival of Avrupa Yakası do not reflect the truth.
Birsel had said, "The news that 'Avrupa Yakası is coming back' is a fabrication. The person who made up the story even went on at length about whether the characters are divorced, if they have children, which actors will be involved, and when we are going on set. I apologize for the disappointment I caused to friends and acquaintances who have been calling me with joy since this morning..."
