Election agenda in the CHP: What are the main topics of the MYK meeting?

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel will set the schedule for the new term's activities at a meeting with his MYK members at the party headquarters today. 

According to a report by Sarp Sağkal from Cumhuriyet, CHP party officials emphasized that their primary agenda is the new program study.

5-STAGE PROGRAM

The CHP shared details regarding the program study, which has been announced as a five-stage process. 

Party officials stated that comments appearing in the media before the party statute congress, such as "Will signatures be collected, or will there be an election?", will no longer be taken into consideration.

It was stated that the program study will be at the forefront and that no responses will be given to the debates followed during this process. The CHP, which has called for elections in November 2025, announced that their programs will be ready before this date.

Officials stated that within the scope of program preparations, deputy chairmen, members of parliament, and party organizations will schedule field studies, and they will also determine the dates for regional meetings. 

Furthermore, it was noted that videos prepared with the slogan "There is a solution, the Republican People's Party" will continue during the campaign process.

NARİN MURDER TO BE EVALUATED AT THE MEETING

It was reported that the findings of the CHP delegation that went to Diyarbakır regarding the death of Narin will be evaluated at the meeting, and the parliamentary session starting in October will also be discussed. In addition to the early election call and ballot box security efforts, it was stated that thematic rallies will continue and that a rally for potato producers might be held in Niğde. It was announced that many issues regarding the new term will be addressed at the MYK meeting.
