China launches "ChinaSat-6E" communication satellite
China has sent the "ChinaSat-6E" communication satellite into space.

According to the Xinhua news agency, the satellite was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan province using a Long March-3B rocket.
It was reported that the satellite reached its planned orbital position following the launch.
The launch marked the 496th successful transport mission carried out by Long March rockets.
ChinaSat satellites, known as "Zhongxing" in Chinese, provide high-quality voice, data, radio, and television signal transmission services.
