As the rise of artificial intelligence continues, devices introduced at CES 2024 continue to surprise. In this context, the AI device called Rabbit R1 is quite intelligent despite being small enough to fit in a pocket.

The device is said to be able to use applications by learning and imitating the user's usage patterns.

AI DEVICE R1 TO BE SOLD FOR 199 DOLLARS

The purpose of the device is not to replace smartphones, but rather to be an assistant that can be easily carried in a pocket. Furthermore, it is designed to perform tasks to navigate through all of the user's applications.

At first glance, the R1 looks like a device such as the DJI Osmo Action. That is, it resembles an action camera, but of course, it has very different features. First of all, this device has a 2.88-inch touchscreen. In addition to two microphones and a speaker, the device features a 360-degree camera referred to as a rabbit eye.

The device, which features a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, offers 128 GB of storage in addition to 4 GB of RAM. Supporting USB-C, the device also supports 4G SIM in addition to Wi-Fi capability.

The company's CEO, Jesse Lyu, stated that the device has learned to generate images from Midjourney, while also claiming that it provides faster responses than ChatGPT.

There is no detailed explanation regarding the device's battery life, but users will be able to use the R1 throughout the day. The price of the product, which is expected to be available for sale in the US in March and April, was announced as 199 dollars.
