Mercedes-Benz will no longer produce these vehicle models
Mercedes-Benz, one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers, is making a significant change to its product lineup. The company has decided to end production of its long-standing entry-level A-Class and B-Class models. With this move, the CLA model will emerge as Mercedes-Benz's new entry-level vehicle.
Having introduced its new CLA model in recent weeks, Mercedes-Benz has provided answers to questions regarding its future product strategy. According to information shared by journalist Emre Özpeynirci, who spoke with company executive Markus Schafer, the hatchback and sedan models in the A-Class and the MPV model in the B-Class will no longer be produced. With this decision, the number of entry-level models from Mercedes-Benz will drop from 7 to 4.

CLA AT THE FOREFRONT: THE NEW ENTRY LEVEL
Following the discontinuation of the A-Class and B-Class, the CLA model will carry the torch as Mercedes-Benz's entry-level offering. In addition to the CLA, the CLA Shooting Brake and the compact SUV models GLA and GLB will also be positioned in the entry-level segment.
There is currently no information on when Mercedes-Benz will officially end production of the A-Class and B-Class.
