The Company stores the personal data it collects and processes through physical, electronic, website, email, and similar channels within its business processes, for the periods prescribed by the relevant laws and/or required by the processing purpose, in accordance with Article 7 and 17 of the Law and Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code.

Upon the expiration of these periods, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data and other relevant legislation.

Rights of the Data Subject

The rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of personal data if it has been incompletely or incorrectly processed,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,
  • To request that operations carried out pursuant to paragraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for the damage in the event of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

As personal data owners, in order to specify your requests regarding your rights and to exercise your rights over your personal data, you may fill out the "Data Subject Application Form" and submit it via the company's official email address with a secure electronic signature, via your personal email address, or in person or by notary to the Company's address at Mecidiyeköy Mahallesi Raşit Rıza Sokak, Ahmet Esin İş Merkezi No:4, to carry out the necessary changes, updates, and/or deletions and related requests.

If you submit your requests to us through the specified methods, the Company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board shall be charged by the Company.

In your application to exercise your rights as a personal data owner as stated above, your request must be clear and understandable, the subject of your request must be related to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized and your authorization must be documented, and your application must include your identity and address information and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.
