It was stated that Mazda stood out in many categories in the 2026 assessment. It was noted that brands like Toyota and Honda, which have long come to mind when thinking of safe cars, did not appear as strong as expected this year in terms of the balance between safety and affordability.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT IS AS IMPORTANT AS PRICE

According to experts, "fuel efficiency" or "low maintenance costs" are not enough on their own when choosing a vehicle for novice drivers.
